- Cosmetic faults: Faults that affect appearance only which may wash out.
- Sewing Faults: Irregular stitching (not missed), which will not affect performance. Hook and loop or poppers may be slightly squint.
- Fabric Faults: Sometimes the fabric has flaws that will not affect the performance of the item, these will usually not wash out. Occasionally we may have seconds due to batch variation in fabric colour.
- Other Faults: We may have garments that have been labeled incorrectly.
- This is not an exhaustive list and we cannot give an explanation of each fault. Please be assured that all second-quality faults do not affect the performance of the nappy and are guaranteed for a period of 12 months.
Fabric & Care
- Avoid vinegar, sodium bicarbonate and other harsh stain removers.
- Bamboo will need approximately 10 washes to reach full absorbency.
- Do not use fabric softener or oil-based products (if using barrier cream, use a liner).
- Line dry or tumble dry on a cool setting.
- Max wash 60 degrees.
- Pre-wash nappy before use. Bamboo will need approximately 10 washes to reach full absorbency.
- Wash dark colours separately.
- Wash with non-bio powder. 40 degrees for wet, 60 degrees for soiled.
