If you don’t know or don’t want to email the gift voucher directly to your recipient, simply email to yourself and gift as you wish.
All your recipient needs is the code supplied on the email.
Lost codes. If the code is lost it can be resent to the original email.
In the case of a product being faulty, and the warranty is still valid we will exchange goods purchased using a gift voucher. This does not affect your statutory rights. 28 Days return policy is still valid on goods purchased with a gift voucher, in this case, a credit voucher for the value will be issued.
Once issued, voucher codes are activated by our team on a daily basis during office hours. Vouchers purchased out-with office hours will be activated on the next working day. Please note, the office is currently closed for Christmas - 20th December - 6th January. We will be dipping in and out of emails, throughout this time so your activation may be slightly longer than usual.
Gift vouchers are sent via Email, meaning no packaging and no excess waste.
Your gift voucher can be used as part or full payment of an order.
Using your gift voucher is easy. Simply add your chosen items into your shopping cart, hit the checkout, and when prompted to add in voucher or promo code, in the voucher code box type the code received on your email. Only one gift voucher can be used per transaction.
The value of your voucher will then be deducted from your total. Process to payment as normal to complete the transaction and pay any remaining balance.
If the total is less than your voucher value, a balance will remain on your code for you to use with your next purchase. Simply keep a hold of code on the email for next time.
