Dispatch

Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment so long as they are in stock.
*We shall contact you within 2 working days or less and advise you of stock availability.

The TOTS BOTS Guarantee.

We guarantee our products against defects in materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Definition of a fault- An unexpected deterioration in the product that will shorten the lifespan or performance of the product.

For goods that are deemed to be faulty we will:

1. Give you a Refund;
2. Replace the goods;

1. Refunds or Credit Notes: may be given for returns of unwashed, unused items in original condition returned within 28 days of purchase. Unwanted goods must be in a re-saleable condition.
2. Replacement: We will replace products that are deemed to be faulty as long as they were purchased within the last six months.

**We will require proof of the purchase date so keep your receipt.**

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:
Before you send goods back to TOTS BOTS, contact us for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorisation) code. We will then send you a Returns Product Information form to be completed and returned with the goods. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.
