• In the email please state your name, your conact details, your baby’s name, weight and age and the date the photo you are submitting was taken
• Image must no be larger than 500kb
• Must be available to attend a photoshoot in Glasgow on the 23rd of January, final time to be confirmed.

Position – Sales Administrator  Department – Sales Office

Hours – Monday to Friday 9.30 – 2.30pm   Salary – £16k pro-rata

Overview of Role

Customer service, sales administration and general office administration.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receiving visitors
• Dealing with incoming enquiries and correspondence by phone, email and letter
• Advising customers on TotsBots products
• Inputting orders on Ecommerce system, order management and fulfilment
• Manage and administrate TotsBots Clearance store on eBay
• Customer Service and Returns processing
• Promotional support to Sales & Marketing
• Producing letters, spread sheets and presentations as required
• Trade and Consumer show administration
• Ad hoc PA support to directors
